1 cup curd
3 tomatoes
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp cumin powder

1 tbsp garam masala powder

4/5 green chili
Half tbsp turmeric
2 chopped onion
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp coriander powder
2 pinch black pepper

How to Cook Mutton karahi
Step 1
Cut the mutton into cubes and wash under running water.

Take a pressure cooker and put all the ingredients like mutton, 1 cup of curd, tomatoes garlic paste, salt as taste, oil, red chili powder, turmeric, chopped onion, ginger paste, 2 pinches, black pepper, and 4 cloves.

Take 25 minutes for the cooker to cook mutton properly. Cooker turn down the heat, and let it simmer. Add the green chili, coriander, cumin, and black pepper when the mutton is almost done, and thoroughly stir.
