3 Big Onion

4 Tomatoes

5 Green Chilli

4 tbsp Oil

1 tbsp Turmeric

4 pieces of Imli

1/3 tbsp red chilli powder

1 tbsp dried Coriander

Salt according to your taste

1 tbsp Garam masala

Coriander optional for garnish

How to Cooked

Step 1

Using fresh okra, wash it properly, dry it completely then cut it into medium pieces

Step 2

  • Add oil heat it a little bite
  • Now add onion to oil
  • After onion add tomatoes okra, green chilli, red chilli powder, turmeric dried, and coriander powder
  • Also add Imli. Imli makes it more tender-free.
  • Then add salt as you want or Garam masala in it.
  • In the last step mix all these ingredients
  • Cooked on slow heat for about 25 to 30 minutes
  • Mix this during the cooking process throughout

Step 3

After cooking add it to the dish and serve 4 to 5 people. Use dhania for garnish if you want.
